The evidence-based practices presented offer guidance on improving relationships, communication, health habits, goal-setting, and other areas that affect quality of life and both actual and perceived success at work and personally. According to the Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change, we progress from not thinking about making a change, to contemplating change, preparing, acting, maintaining the new behavior(s), and “locking them in” such that we can resist or eliminate the temptation to return to previous habits. “Turn the Page” will help you to identify the critical changes that align with your values, priorities, and life stage. You’ll gain strategies that will enable you to increase your readiness and confidence in applying new behaviors and ways of thinking for both short and long term results in career and life satisfaction.
