“Turn the Page” increases access to expert advice to improve quality of life around the globe. The show provides an extended platform for guests in diverse disciplines who provide innovative solutions to universal issues. This is especially vital for listeners whose needs and aspirations exceed the resources that are available to them locally. Through weekly episodes, blogs, and social media platforms, you’ll learn about evidence-based practices for finances, health, career, relationships, communication, and other areas that affect your well-being. According to the Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change, we advance from not thinking about making a change, to contemplating change, preparing, acting, maintaining new behaviors, and “locking them in” such that we can resist or eliminate the temptation to return to previous habits. “Turn the Page” invites you to identify and make the critical changes that align with your values, priorities, and life stage.
