Josh Norman and Otis Leverette

Joshua Norman has established himself as an individual of great integrity by measures of hard work, determination and dedication. Born of humble beginnings in Midland, Texas, Joshua understood these attributes as a vital role in his everyday life, which ultimately escalated his performance on and off the football field.

Aspirations were high as he pursued his dream, after playing high school football, to become an esteemed National Collegiate Athletic Association champion for the Oklahoma Sooners. Eventually, he would advance that dream playing in the National Football League, where he played with the Oakland Raiders and San Diego Chargers.

Since retiring from the NFL, Joshua has perfected his mastery as a versatile music producer, motivational speaker, mentor and radio host. With a passion for sports, people and life, he exhibits this passion as an active participant in his community, all the while, coaching football at a local high school. Through his example, Joshua hopes to allow those he comes in contact with to discover the magnitude of their own strengths by believing in their dreams.
