Kathryn the Grape is an engaging young girl who loves to wear purple! She enjoys playing sports, singing her own songs, dancing to upbeat music, and trying new things. Kathryn the Grape really likes to have fun and make new friends. She enjoys sharing about her life and all of the things she is learning through her books, music, and weekly radio show, Kathryn the Grape’s Magical Hour, hosted by her good friend, Matalyn. Come along and join the adventure. Kathryn the Grape and Matalyn want to be friends with you!Matalyn Burgio is 14 years old and is in the ninth grade. Originally from New York, she moved to San Diego five years ago and lives with her mom and two dogs. While she loves living in California, Matalyn always looks forward to visiting her family on the east coast at least once a year. In her spare time she enjoys baking and hanging out with her friends. In the future she is interested in pursuing a career in culinary arts.
