Also joining the show is Colleen Rauscher, a Director and the Vice President of Communications and Marketing for Global Energy Options, Inc., together with attorney James Muchmore, to talk about the innovative technology that GEO has created. To finish the show, Attorney Jeff Cohen will discuss the state of public finance where the dramatic market driven decline of prices in municipal securities opened up opportunities for debt relief buybacks.

Kevin O’Neill is a partner at Patton Boggs LLP in Washington D.C., the nation’s leading public policy law firm. In 2007, Kevin was a candidate for the Republican nomination in a special election in Virginia’s First Congressional District. Kevin has a dual degree in broadcast journalism and history from Syracuse University. Kevin has a law degree from the College of William & Mary, where he was an editor of the law review and is currently the President-Elect of the Law School’s Alumni Association. Kevin is married and lives in Williamsburg, Virginia with his wife and two children.
