Join us this week on Capital Thinking with host Kevin O'Neill as he begins with Mark Ellison, who will be joined by Marty Lafferty, chief executive officer of Distributed Computing Industry Association, to discuss the Federal Communications Commission's passing of the first set of net neutrality regulations in late December 2010. These regulations have sparked intense debate over their necessity and will likely face legal challenges. Next, Deborah Lodge will discuss the Federal Trade Commission's new privacy expectations for all businesses regarding general and online security for consumer data, recently released as part of a December 2010 report. Finally, the Obama team at halftime: what to expect of the new Chief of Staff William Daley and the other new White House players? Nick Allard will join us with his analysis.
