Edwin Bailey

Edwin Bailey is a former offensive guard for the Seattle Seahawks who enjoyed an eleven-year NFL career. As a fifth round pick out of South Carolina State in the 1981 NFL Draft, Edwin started a franchise-record 121 games for the Seahawks during his NFL career. Todd Bates

Todd Bates is entering his second season at Idaho State as the defensive line coach. Bates, who is an East Alabama native, played for the University of Alabama from 2001-2004 and graduated in 2005 with a degree in Business Management. While playing for the Crimson Tide, Bates was the only true freshman to play for the Tide in 2001. He was also selected SEC Defensive Player of the Week twice, and named permanent team captain for the 2004 season. After college, Bates played for the Tennessee Titans as a defensive end in 2005 and 2006 seasons. Josh Brown

Josh Brown is entering his first season as defensive coordinator for Cal Poly, where he had spent the previous two seasons coaching linebackers. Prior to Cal Poly, Brown spent the 2009 season as the defensive quality control coach at the University of Kansas where he worked directly with the linebackers. A 1994 graduate of San Luis Obispo High School, Brown played two seasons at Gavilan College and one year at Oklahoma. Brown is a 2003 San Jose State graduate with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. Over the past two decades, the NFL Draft has exploded on the scene to become a phenomenon in its own right - a highly-publicized worldwide media event. Each year in April, millions of fans tune in to ESPN to watch their favorite college players walk across the stage to shake Commissioner Goodell's hand. Hundreds of mock draft sites take their best stabs at predicting NFL team selections over seven rounds. But how do future NFL players get to the big stage? What occurs between the very end of their college football season and that glorious weekend in April?
