Fundamentally children learn everything through play. This speaks volumes about how important it is that ASD therapies incorporate play based activities into the mix when devising a treatment approach. However, the challenges associated with establishing an effective and fun play based routine for children with an autism spectrum disorder can be daunting. Rob is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 12 years of experience treating individuals with Development Disabilities. He currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST), an agency that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy and Speech to individuals with Autism. In his role with AST, Rob has collaborated with parents, teachers, and schools to support better understanding of autism health insurance mandates and how to effectively use insurance coverage.
