Consider these facts: He was in 13 foster homes by the age of 5 before being fostered by a retired preacher and a nearly retired teacher, instantly gaining 4 siblings (all nearly adults); at age 30, he loses his wife to leukemia and becomes the single father of 2 boys under the age of 4; 2 years later he marries Kathy and enters into his own Blended Family; a year later, Tom and Kathy welcome their new child and blending their family ever further. My guest Tom Watson and I will discuss our experiences and challenges in successfully blending a family while at the same time building a business.
