He began his career in 1969 as a young researcher at the Jozef Stefan Institute. In 1971 he joined Intertrade-IBM Yugoslavia, where he was soon appointed head systems engineer for the Office of National Bookkeeping (covering the entire payment system in Yugoslavia). In 1989 he moved to Stockholm, where he was employed by AU System as project manager for managing complex international communication projects for Denmark, France, Austria, Singapore and Germany He has been involved in the development and management of payment systems and other complex systems at home and abroad since 1972. As a PHARE program consultant, he played an active part in managing the payment system reform project in Slovenia in the second half of 1990s. He is presently President of the board at Halcom, which he established already in 1992. Based on his extensive experience, he has the leading role in designing and developing Halcom products. Halcom received numerous awards: 2003 - the Golden Gazelle award as the most successful fast growing company, 2006 The Best Entrepreneurial Idea Award with the Hal M-Payments solution in the category of established companies, 2007 - the Golden Thread Award as the best employer in the category of medium-sized enterprises, 2007 - the A1 "Rating of the Year" award for companies with highest credit rating (Dun&Bradstreet), 2011 - the Pursuit of the Prime Award from Adizes Institute. ALFATHERM is owned by Mr. Davor Krezić. The CEO is Mr. Željko Božić. Alfatherm was nominated for the 2012 Pursuit of Prime Award by its Program Director, Certified Adizes Senior Associate, Mr. Zvezdan Horvat. Mr. Horvat nominated them for the award based on their ability to apply the Adizes® methodology within the organization in order to make positive change. Their first Syndag™ (Phase I) in 2002 was with 30 employees and revenue of 4M. The diagnosis was that they were in what the Adizes methodology call the “Founder’s Trap.” In one year, they went through the complete eleven (11) Phases of the Adizes® Methodology program, including the Reward System (Phase XI) at the end. During the Mission session (Phase IV), they defined the area of operation for not more than 100 km around Mostar, which is in South Bosnia or Herzegovina. Working with Certified Adizes® Associates, they changed and implemented the Structure (Phase V). They regularly use the Blue and Red books (Phase VI: Accountability). Gradually, based on their partnership with Adizes®, the CEO and some other young managers emerged, so the owner could start new ventures to invest in some companies in new markets. They developed some unique technological innovations, especially in automation and monitoring of systems. In the last 6-7 years, they have clearly separated ownership and management. Eduardo Garcia Fabregat

EDUARDO GARZA T.
Eduardo Garza T. Was born in Monterrey; he graduated as a Civil Engineer from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in 1970. He founded FRISA in 1971 as a small forging workshop to supply industrial parts to the industry in the Monterrey Metropolitan area. After years of hard work and effort, FRISA has become a global Industrial Group, leader in its field, whose presence is seen in America, Europe, and Asia, supplying the Oil and Gas Industry, Power Generation, Aerospace, Construction and Mining, Wind Energy, among others. FRISA has distinguished itself for the high quality of its products, its focus on the market, and its particular management style; it has been awarded with the Premio Nacional de Exportación 1993 (National Export Award 1993), and the Premio Nacional de Calidad 1995 (National Quality Award 1995). It was also the first company in Mexico to receive the Registro Internacional de Calidad ISO 9002 (International Quality Certification) in 1993. Mr. Gazmend Haxhia is the Licensee Proprietor and President of Avis Rent A Car Albania and Managing Director of the OPEL General Motors Albanian Representation. Dr. Dan Maydan
Dr. Dan Maydan was president of Applied Materials from 1994 to April, 2003 and a Director from 1992 to 2006. Previously, he was executive vice president of the Company, with responsibility for all product lines and new product development. Prior to joining Applied Materials, Dr. Maydan spent 13 years managing new technology development at Bell Laboratories during which time he pioneered laser recording of data on thin-metal films and made significant advances in photolithography and plasma etch technologies. Over the years, Dr. Maydan has received numerous awards and honors for his contributions to the global semiconductor industry. Yehoram Uziel was born and raised in Israel. He served as an officer in the Israeli army in combat capacity in three wars. Yehoram graduated from the Technion, Israel institute of Technology and started his professional career as a research engineer in Rafael (Israeli government R&D agency). In 1980, together with Dr. Barak and Mr. Bin Nun, they started a company, Optrotech, a pioneer in Printed circuit Board automatic testing equipment. In 1989, Yehoram took a leave from Optrotech to turn around 3D Systems Inc., a California company that pioneered rapid prototyping. After a successful turn- around of the 3D systems, Yehoram founded Soligen, Inc. Soligen pioneered digital manufacturing of casting molds for the metal casting industry, became a public corporation as Soligen Technologies Inc., in 1992. In late 2005, Yehoram closed down Soligen technologies, Inc. and founded DC Partners, Inc. (dba Soligen) in 2006, a private corporation that is a successor company to Soligen Technologies. Yehoram serves as a mediator in the superior court of California, and he was named the mediator of the year. He is an avid pilot, volunteers his time and airplane for mercy missions and was the President of the Flying Samaritans International for 4 years. Carlos Valdesuso has worked with Adizes since 1975. He is the Professional Director of the Instituto Adizes do Brasil. As a Principal Adizes Associate, he is certified in all phases of the Adizes Methodology. He has extensive international experience in information technology, organizational structure, and business strategy for companies in banking, insurance, and service industries. In addition to his work with Adizes, he has been the President of SCI, a software company and consulting firm. He has also served as President of Teledata, an information services company. Both of these companies are in Brazil. He works in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Carlos earned Master and Bachelor degrees in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Ichak Adizes is one of the leading management experts in the world. For his contribution to management theory and practice, he has been awarded 15 honorary doctorates, two honorary citizenships, and the honorary rank of Major from the military.
