First guest is Diana Bilimoria, PhD is an Athena award finalist and co-author of Gender Equity in Science and Engineering. She has written a handbook on Women in Business and Management. She served as editor of the Journal of Management Education. Her primary research focuses on gender and diversity in governance and leadership and organizational transformation. Diana will a address the double binds that women face. Dr Bilimoria is from India and she will address some of the challenges she encountered as she learned to lead in a new country. Deanne takes the mic as the second guest and address how to deal with difficult people. Some the challenges and solutions in working with difficult personality types. Deanne will talk about the choices and traps that we typically face with difficult people. Lastly she will give some communication useful tools in dealing with the cast of difficult characters.
