Women over 50, it’s time to Go Wild as we go back to the future. To restore our health and wellbeing, should we be maintaining a lifestyle more like that of our ancestors? Today’s guest, Harvard Medical School Psychiatrist, Dr. John Ratey poses this provocative question in his brand new book, Go Wild. Join us as we investigate how we can tap into our DNA, reconfigure our brains, and improve our bodies in order to secure a healthier and happier future. While civilization has rapidly evolved, our bodies have not kept pace. This mismatch affects every area of our lives, from our general physical health to our emotional wellbeing. It’s time to take advantage of Dr. Ratey’s discoveries!
