In this interview Mike Burleigh, the president of Peak Capital Management in Jensen Beach, Florida, explains how you can earn a decent yield with minimal risk. He explains where he is putting client money in preferred stocks, exchange traded debt, Master limited partnerships, REITS and municipal bonds to generate a total yield of around 5%.
