Neuroscience is exploding everywhere we turn. It has caused us to be able to definitively validate how the brain works and reacts. It turns out that some of the tried and true leadership theories are actually more fact than theory, because they are supported by brain research. We will explore some of the findings of neuroscience and debunk some of the practices that we hold dear - like performance management. My guest, Phil Dixon, will share his fact based model of neuroscience and human behavior and we will discuss his ground breaking brain based leadership assessment. The assessment gives you insight into your leadership style from your brain perspective. We will also share exercises that you can do to increase certain aspects of how your brain works to make you a more successful leader.
