Today we have two very successful entrepreneurs as guests. One who made gallons of lemonade out of lemons the other a high level executive who left corporate to follow her dreams. Our first guest is Jodi Pliszka, who started losing her hair at the age of 13. Overcoming this obstacle, she ended up inventing Headline It and winning ABC's American Inventor and has since been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, Forbes and seen on dozens of shows such as Montel Williams. Our second guest is Kelsey Humphreys who left her dream job in graphic design and started her own business. Today she helps aspiring entrepreneurs launch a solo business they will love. Both women will tell us how they tackled the challenges of starting their own business and the keys to their success.

Deanne is diverse in careers from scientist, college instructor, management trainer, Fortune 500 Manager, author to entrepreneur. She is a much sought after speaker and business coach who blends the spirit of change, life-long learning, and adaptability.
For more than 20 years Deanne has worked with managers and individuals to help break through personal and career roadblocks with her innovative strategies. She offers her abilities as a leader, certified business coach, and educator to corporations and organizations globally. Deanne demonstrates the adaptive thinking necessary for change in our present-day world.
