Episode Description
Have you ever given thought to who you really are? Have you considered what your life purpose is, what you desire to achieve in your lifetime and how you plan to leave the world a better place? These are the questions that we can ask ourselves to help us craft our life stories. Don't we all owe it to ourselves to discover our life stories? This September, I took part in a writing retreat hosted by Linda Sivertsen in Carmel, CA and 5 of the most talented women I've ever met. We bonded instantly as we immersed ourselves in the sharing of our life stories and the writing of our memoirs. This episode will be an opportunity to learn how we all unearthed our life stories and how you can too. Please join me and my amazing guests: Nic Strack, Jenn Sutkowski, Sara Alvarado, Casey Erin Wood and Cindy Allen as we help you tell the best story you can with your life. This is an episode that will change the course of your life.
Intentional Living
Archives Available on VoiceAmerica Empowerment Channel
We are most unhappy with our lives when we are living at the effect of conditions in which we’ve rendered ourselves powerless. Intentional Living shifts that dynamic and puts you in control of your life again. Being intentional requires understanding that your conscious and unconscious thoughts, feelings, attitudes and actions create your reality. It involves becoming aware of your self-limiting beliefs and blocks, and freeing yourself from past conditioning and habits that keep you stuck. It requires gaining clarity about who you are and what you want, and choosing how you “show up” in all situations. It’s simple, but rarely easy. Is it worth it? You get to decide.
