But despite these positive results, HR adoption of analytics is still the exception. The majority of companies either haven’t invested in human capital analytics or fully realized the benefit of past investments. If your company is among the laggards, how can your HR accelerate the transformation to add sustainable, data-based workforce decision-making to your business culture? The experts speak. Jordan Pettman, Nestle: “If you don't know where you are going, any road will get you there” (Alice in Wonderland). Greta Roberts, Talent Analytics: “Errors using inadequate data are much less, than those using no data at all” (Charles Babbage). Mick Collins, SAP SuccessFactors: “Never advance anything that cannot be proved in a simple and decisive fashion” (Louis Pasteur). Join us for Workforce Analytics: Your Competitive Secret Sauce.
