Helen Saul Case grew up with the knowledge and practice of her father, Andrew Saul, PhD. He and his wife inculcated her in the use and benefits of healthy eating and the use and usefulness of vitamins. Now Helen has extended her hand to many, many others to teach them about health and vitamin therapy, plus good, whole food nutrition. She has written several books, the latest being "Orthomolecular Nutrition for Everyone," and it is full of great information, including very important papers by experts in nutrition and vitamins. She does not just cite the papers, she includes them in the book! Helen's writing style is straightforward, uncomplicated, to the point and delightfully humorous at times, and she includes many stories about her own use of the substances and methods she promotes, which have left her with two healthy children and looking 10 years younger than her chronological age. Howard Straus

Mr. Howard Straus, son of Charlotte Gerson and grandson of Dr. Max Gerson, graduated from MIT with a degree in physics. He was a US naval officer during the Viet Nam war and worked for many years as a computer systems analyst. Howard was Editor-in-Chief of the Gerson Healing Newsletter for ten years and authored an award-winning biography of Dr. Gerson called Dr. Max Gerson: Healing the Hopeless, published in 2002.

Howard was the founding Director of the Gerson Healing Center in Sedona, Arizona, that provided the Gerson Therapy directly to visitors from all over the world. Howard also served on the Board of the Gerson Institute for fifteen years and initiated their Worldwide Web presence during the earliest days of the Internet.

Mr. Straus founded Gerson Health Media that publishes the guidebooks for implementing Gerson Therapy and manages the rapidly expanding library of books and booklets being released around the world. Howard appears on radio, television and Internet interviews, and regularly speaks throughout the world.
