Theodore Usatynski
Bringing exploration of instinctual intensity safely into our modern environment, Theodore Usatynski is founder and director of Instinctual Intelligence and author of Instinctual Intelligence: The Primal Wisdom of the Nervous System and the Evolution of Human Nature. As a student of biophysical anthropology, evolution, human development, and Tibetan Buddhist Tantric meditation practices, Ted offers clients something that is exceedingly rare today: an opportunity to explore primal intensity of instinctual energy in a safe and intelligent environment. Ted holds master’s degrees from Harvard University and Naropa University, has training in the Treatment of Trauma from the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute, and is a longtime student of the Ridhwan Diamond Approach. Ted works from his consulting practice in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2007.
