Laurent Saussereau
Laurent Saussereau has worked for over 15 years on the evolution and transformation of cultural paradigms in companies. He is the leader of Yuman, an innovative consulting firm based in Paris, France. Laurent brings his original and sometimes challenging point of view to organizations and their mode of governance. He recently founded ICAD, a pioneering organization in France in the field of corporate universities. He was also the CEO of Euroforum France [1991 – 1996] and, most recently, an associate at Secor, a Canadian strategy consulting firm. After many years in the field of corporate universities and strategic leadership, he co-authored the book ‘Management du Savoir et Universités d’Entreprises’. Dedicated to transforming companies, he also co-authored ‘Circus Company’ [Eyrolles, 2006] which describes how companies must develop the qualities of agility in order to survive. His passions are martial arts and life!
