Geoff Puckett

As Founder and CEO of EffectDesign, Inc., a San Francisco experience design firm, Geoff conceives and directs diverse projects merging architecture, light, sound, and projection with the ancient art of storytelling. His 34-year career has taken him across the U.S. and around the world with clients such as the Smithsonian Institute, Intercontinental Hotels, the Walt Disney Museum, and the city of New York where he creatively produced ‘Times Square 2000’ – the 24-hour-long millennium celebration experienced by over a million live participants and 1.3 billion television viewers. For a decade Geoff was a Disney Imagineer, developing show sequences and special effects for Disney theme parks in Paris, Tokyo, and Orlando. Today Geoff’s EffectDesign group combines specially made 3D stereoscopic media with live performance for corporate, museum, and learning applications. It’s Star Trek’s ‘holodeck’ experience made real.
