Kimberley Rayevsky

Born in Bryn Mawr, PA. Kim attended the Shipley School, a private school for girls. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1977 with a BA in International Relations. Kim completed courses in computer programming and became a systems analyst. She now enjoys designing websites. She lives in Parksville, NY on 10 acres in the Catskills, owning and operating the Rolling River Café Gallery and Inn with her husband Rob. They began the business 3 years ago after becoming inspired by small tapa cafés in Europe and South America. They strive to buy locally and use organic produce. Kim manages the Inn, and Rob is the chef and arranges rotating art exhibitions in the gallery. He is an accomplished children’s book illustrator and Kim used her computer skills to help Rob digitize his art for the last few books. They are passionate about food and art, their 3 children, 5 cats, 2 dogs, 16 chickens, and are working together to develop an organic farm as well.
