Jen Bazan

Jen Bazan, PT, DPT Jen received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. She was a competitive gymnast at the high school and collegiate level. She received her Doctor of Physical therapy from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She has seven years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting. Jen’s special interests include ACL injury prevention, gymnastics/cheer, and overhead throwing.
