Lois Phillips

Dr. Lois Phillips is a dynamic public speaker whose clients say she “practices what she teaches.” She has interviewed successful speakers which are outlined in her book “Women Seen and Heard: Lessons Learned from Successful Speakers” . She provides expert coaching and training to spokespersons, managers and executives. Dr. Phillips has a special interest in advancing women’s careers, companies, and Board leadership. She has produced conferences on women’s leadership, produced and moderated two television programs about women’s changing roles, co-moderated named “Dialogues” for TV. She is also a popular conference presenter. Dr. Phillips was the founding Executive Director of Antioch University’s Santa Barbara campus, where she worked for 11 years, putting into place a regional institutional advancement campaign to grow the campus. She has won many awards for her community advocacy work, particularly with women and minorities.
