Matt Allegrucci

Matt Allegrucci is Deputy General Counsel and Head of Daiichi Sankyo’s Legal Affairs Department, which supports their U.S. commercial operations and global development functions. Before the merger of Daiichi and Sankyo. he was with Sankyo Pharma’s Legal Department in several legal roles. Matt began his career at Otsuka America Pharmaceutical. and was a litigator in a law firm in PA. He received his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law and completed his B.A. from the University of Scranton.
