Madeline Duque Dillon, Ph.D., heads the Organization and Talent Development function at DSI. and is responsible for the company’s talent management and leadership development for both the global and the US business. She leads a team of internal consultants to enhance organizational effectiveness. Madeline has worked in a many industries: pharmaceutical, consumer products and industrial, received her BA and MA from UCLA and holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from SUNY Albany.
