David Greenberg
After graduating from medical school in 1979, Dr. David Greenberg obtained his Masters in Public Health from the University of AZ. He works extensively in the fields of chronic pain and addiction medicine, occupational and international medicine. He is certified in addiction medicine by both the Amer Society of Addiction Medicine & the Amer Board of Addiction Medicine. He served as Director at Large for the AZ Pain Society & is a member of American Academy of Pain Medicine & Natl Assoc of Drug Diversion Investigators. Since 1984, Dr. Greenberg has served with the AZ Medical Board as investigator, medical consultant, as Agency Assistant Director & serves as medical director for the Monitored Aftercare Program. He is a consultant for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the DEA, FBI and other regulatory agencies in the areas of drug diversion, addiction medicine, overprescribing and consults in the private sector. He maintains a private practice caring for patients with addiction issues.
