Greg Wires

Greg Wires is the owner and Publisher of Golf Minnesota. He started Golf Minnesota magazine in 1996 and added the golfminnesota.com website in 1997. Because giving golf consumers up to date information on golf courses in directory format has always been what Golf Minnesota does best, adding this information to the newest technology of smart-phone apps was a natural transition. In spring of 2011 Wires brought his Golf Minnesota iPhone app to market through the Apple app store and to the Android Market. As Mr. Wires owns the unique source code for these state golf apps, he has been able to add other states to his stable of golf apps. Now live for 10 states with several others slated to become available in the coming weeks, these golf apps give consumers ‘One-Touch Call’, ‘Find Courses Maps’ and more with new functions in the works.
