Sara Whitlock
Sara Whitlock is a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, nurse practitioner and for the past 14 months, a lung cancer survivor. Diagnosed in October 2010, she has endured chemotherapy, radiation and surgery in attempts to combat this disease. A never smoker, the diagnosis certainly came as a shock to her and her family. However, with excellent medical care and a strong faith and support system, she is doing well today and not only surviving, but thriving.
