Marita Fridjhon, Co-founder and CEO of CRR Global, Inc. an international coaching and coach accreditation company, has more than 25 years of experience as a therapist, mediator, OD consultant and executive coach working in government, private, and non-profit organizations internationally. Marita has coached executives, senior managers, staff employees, and private clients in the United States and around the globe. She designs and facilitates effective systemic change, expanded leadership proficiency on all levels of impact, and trains management and staff to develop Emotional Intelligence, Social and Relationship Systems Intelligence. With a primary focus on systemic change, Marita leverages diversity, creative communication, deep democracy in conflict management and the development of learning organizations, in her work.
