Janette Coates

Janette Coates is the Communications Manager for Waste Management’s Arizona and New Mexico Market Area. She is responsible for the market area’s internal and external communications, media relations, and community relations. Through the years Coates has worked in a variety of industries including solar, economic development, outsourcing, higher education, and sports marketing. As a communications professional with 14 years experience, she has served companies and clients in public relations, communications, marketing, community relations, hospitality, event planning and stakeholder relations. Coates holds an MBA from Pfeiffer University in North Carolina as well as a Communications degree from Florida State University.
