Jay Josephs

Jay Josephs is the Founder and President of Josephs Appraisal Group and has been appraising homes for nearly 20 years. Jay is also a state certified real estate instructor and has been certified for expert witness testimony. Jay is a Certified Residential Appraiser and is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona as well. Josephs Appraisal Group has been recognized in Scottsdale Magazine, The Scotsman Guide and The Business Journal for both community service and business success. Josephs Appraisal Group is believed to be the only real estate appraisal firm with an emphasis on "Green Appraising," supporting environmental awareness by paying $500 of down payment for any JAG employee who purchases a hybrid of alternative fuel vehicle. Further, JAG employees are encouraged to turn in their conventional light bulbs for free CFL low energy output bulbs. Jay himself drives a hybrid vehicle. When not appraising, Jay enjoys running, sports and spending time with his family.
