Former Massachusetts Assistant Secretary of State, Eleanor LeCain, is a speaker and consultant on breakthrough solutions and leadership, in order to help build a new world. Published in The New York Times to Le Monde in Paris, Eleanor is the author of a new book, Breakthrough Solutions, How to Improve Your Life and Change the World by Building on What Works, with an introduction by the Dalai Lama. The book demonstrates that we have solved most of our social problems already, and the challenge now is to identify, communicate and build on what works. Eleanor is the founder and president of The Breakthrough Way, which helps people and organizations find solutions for their lives. She has spoken at Harvard, and has traveled as a speaker to Japan, Norway, Malaysia, Korea and beyond, in order to deliver her powerful message. Understanding the important role of women in helping to build a new world, Eleanor offers seminars on leadership to women, from the United States to Afghanistan.
