Matt Crabtree
Matt Crabtree grew up on a farm, studied Agriculture and then turned his back on rural life and entered the world of business, moving very fast and becoming a main board director of a $500mn telecoms company by age 28 and then the youngest senior executive of Barclays Bank by 31. Since leaving corporate life under a cloud in 2003 he did what any lack of self respecting ex-executive does and became a consultant! Since establishing Positive Momentum he and his colleagues travel the world sharing their outspoken, no-nonsense business philosophy with businesses large and small, including major organisations like Microsoft, Red Bull, Citizens and Kraft. Matt says he has come to realise that success in business is in fact very like success in farming - those who are unafraid of getting their hands dirty, going out in all weathers and above all possess a strong pair of boots, seem to do the best
