As a web psychologist Graham Jones focuses on how people behave online and in particular how your customers use the internet. As a result, he can help you understand their behaviour so that you can engage with them better and make more money as a result. Graham achieves this with consultancy, seminars, workshops, webinars, mastermind groups, masterclasses and through the various books he has written. He is an award winning writer having written 29 books since he started his own business 27 years ago. He also writes his daily blog at www.grahamjones.co.uk.Graham is a qualified psychologist and a member of the British Psychological Society. He is a part-time academic lecturing for the University of Buckingham and the Open University. Graham is a Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association for which he was President in 2011.
