Austin Khan
Austin Khan, Chief Investment Officer, has completed over $2B in real estate transactions in both principal and advisory roles. His experience in multiple commercial sectors has positioned him as an expert in the industry. He is responsible for sourcing and managing opportunities for Ethika as well as overseeing the underwriting process for all investments. Prior to Ethika, he was VP of Acquisitions for the real estate hospitality investment platform for TRT Holdings that manages approx. $5B in assets on behalf of Robert Rowling (66th ranked individual in the Forbes 400). He was a key player in landmark transactions such as, the acquisition of the Amelia Island Company, the development of the Omni Dallas Convention Center Hotel and the recapitalization of the Champions Gate Resort Orlando.
