Michael Schapa
Michael Schapa, Ed.D. served for fifteen years as a Revenue Agent and Field Exam Manager for the Internal Revenue Service. He has worked as a Tax Practitioner for 30 years and is a retired Professor of Accounting at Santa Monica College. He holds an MBA in Taxation, and his doctoral dissertation was written on “Federal Income Tax and the Taxation of Performing Artists.”
