Pascal Dennis: Reflections of a Business Nomad: Pascal Dennis, president of management consultancy Lean Pathways, started keeping a daily journal when he regularly traveled three weeks a month for work. Dennis, the author of five other business books, combines his experiences from doing business around the world into a new book, Reflections of a Business Nomad: Stories and Poems From the Road, a collection of musings about everything from flight delays and meetings to conversations with cabdrivers. Pascal Dennis is a professional engineer, author, and President of Lean Pathways, an international consultancy. He developed his management skills at Toyota and has worked with leading senseis in North America and Japan. He grew up in a Greek restaurant in downtown Toronto, The Imperial Grill, which often figures in his books. In leadership positions at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada (TMMC), Pascal supported several major model launches, construction of a new facility, and the hiring of 2000 new team members.
