Craig Asano is the Founder and Executive Director of the National Crowdfunding Association of Canada, http://www.ncfacanada.org/, a newly formed non-profit that is Canada’s Crowdfunding advocate. The Association works closely with industry partners, technology platforms, academia, affiliate groups and business associations to create a strong and vibrant crowdfunding industry and voice across Canada. He has 15 years of experience as a marketing strategist, software technologist and start-up entrepreneur in technology, finance, manufacturing and real estate sectors. He’s an exceptional start-up incubator with strong business, analytical and organizational expertise combined with dynamic interpersonal and leadership qualities. He’s worked extensively in Australia, UK, Japan and Southeast Asia. He’s passionate about the digital channel, emerging trends in culture and technology and insights into the digitally driven, mobile and socially connected consumer.
