Chris Kerr Chris Kerr is a 33-year Veteran of the FBI, now a criminal defense attorney, best-selling author of "RICO: How Politicians, Prosecutors, and the Mob Destroyed One of the FBI's Finest Special Agents", and a legal expert. He is the author of 2010 law review article describing a hypothetical terrorist attack using backpack bombs and illustrating why agents need the same investigative tools successfully used on drug dealers to track terrorists. He worked as a Case Agent on organized crime and drug cases and was a Criminal Division Agent Supervisor at FBI Headquarters and was repeatedly elected by his peers to national leadership of organizations advocating for the professional concerns of FBI agents.
