Natalia Dombrovskaya

Natalia Dombrovskaya joined American Councils in 1994 as a program specialist. In 1995, she initiated the creation of the Educational Information Center in Odessa, Ukraine and served as an educational adviser planning the initiative’s development and implementation. She also organized and coordinated a network of mini-information centers in more than ten cities in southern Ukraine. Since 1998, Ms. Dombrovskaya has worked in the Washington, DC office of American Councils, where for the last 11 years she has been responsible for logistics, content, administrative support and participant orientation in support of the Open World Leadership Center program. Natalia received the equivalent of a master’s degree in theoretical physics from Odessa State University in Ukraine. She speaks fluent Russian, Ukrainian, and English.
