Kristen Fyfe-Mills
Kristen Fyfe-Mills is ASTD’s Senior Manager of Communications. In her role Kristen is responsible for sharing ASTD’s story with external and internal audiences. She guides ASTD’s business units in crafting their strategic communications initiatives and works cross-functionally to support internal communications and employee program knowledge. Kristen also manages ASTD’s annual Employee Learning Week campaign and the society’s professional recognition programs: the BEST Awards and Excellence in Practice Awards. A veteran communicator, Kristen has worked in broadcast and print journalism, advertising, and corporate communications. She is a two-time regional EMMY nominee and Telly Award winner. Kristen holds a BS in Speech and a MS in Journalism from Northwestern University.
