She is author of the book Its Your Business. 183 Essential Tips that Will Transform Your Small Business. JJ is passionate about small business and has firsthand experience as an entrepreneur herself. With her brother, she co-founded Goodsearch.com, a socially responsible company which is game-changing in how it helps people help their favorite causes. Through its services the company transforms every day actions into ways to support your favorite charity or school. To date, more than 15 million people have supported causes ranging from The American Red Cross to local high schools. JJ graduated cum laude from Duke University with a BA English and her MBA from Stanford Business School.
