Andre Schlemmer
Andre Schlemmer, Cruise Director of MSC Divina, has served the cruise industry for many years. Hailing from Cape Town in South Africa, Schlemmer has worked as a Cruise Director for more than 7 years, during which he’s worked on several exciting projects, including the launch of several mega ships. He has a tremendous passion for travel and cultures, having literally explored the world twice over. Prior to working in the cruise industry, Schlemmer worked as a non-artistic company manager with a leading contemporary dance company, where he was responsible for overseeing all administrative and financial duties. Before this, he toured for several years as a dancer with the same company. Schlemmer attributes his dichotomous experience of handling office administration and performing on stage as the perfect combination for his role today as Cruise Director. Schlemmer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Entertainment Management.
