Andrea Agnew
Andrea Agnew is the Executive Director of Workforce Diversity and Inclusion for Comcast since 2006. Her fifteen years of experience in recruiting, talent management, and workforce diversity include roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Booz Allen Hamilton, National SAP Practice, and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Mid-Atlantic Region. In her current role at Comcast, Andrea is responsible for developing strategies and building programs to enhance, leverage, and celebrate the diversity of Comcast's most valuable assets - its employees. She is a Service Leader, meaning she believes in living a life of service to others. Not only is she committed to volunteer service supporting Comcast Cares Day, Big Brothers, and Big Sisters, Andrea also serves on several boards in an executive and/or advisory capacity.
