Joanie Poore holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services and Behavioral Science from the College of St. Mary. She has 15 years of experience in the field and has led the development of her agency’s homeless services, including eight different programs that provide transitional and permanent supportive housing, for the last nine years.
