David Ly
David Ly (Mobile Director, TRUE) David performed research, consulting and entrepreneurial work in the field of telecommunications in Africa for Intel, Kenya’s leading mobile applications company VirtualCity, and for Moov, Togo’s largest privately-owned telecom operator. David holds an engineering degree from Telecom ParisTech, and an MBA from MIT. David has received fellowships and grants from MIT, the Legatum Center, Intel and the Harambe Entrepreneur Alliance, of which he is now a board member. David is fluent in French and English and carries both French and Senegalese passports.
