Al Loren has been teaching Martial Arts full time for 22 years in the SF Bay Area. He has taught thousands of private sessions and classes to special needs students and is tremendously passionate about incorporating fitness into his training sessions. Al is a graduate of American University in Washington D.C. witha B.A in the College of Public Affairs and the School Of International Service.
