Dr. Darren Schulte
Dr. Schulte is president and chief medical officer of Apixio. Located in the Silicon Valley, Apixio provides innovative solutions to health plans, health systems and provider organizations using a platform which extracts and analyzes multi-modal data from diverse electronic sources for optimal risk assessment and care delivery. Dr. Schulte has 10 years of academic and industry experience in clinical and payer analytics. Prior to joining Apixio, he served in executive leadership roles at Alere, Anvita Health, and Resolution Health. While at Resolution Health, Dr. Schulte led the development of 25 evidence-based measures endorsed by the National Quality Forum for ambulatory care quality measurement. Dr. Schulte speaks frequently on the topics of healthcare IT, quality measurement and risk adjustment. He earned his Medical Degree from Stanford University and his Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard. Dr. Schulte trained in Internal Medicine at UCSF.
