Peter Forbes

Peter Forbes is a life-long student and advocate for the relationship between people and place. For twenty years, I've been creating curricula and leading learning experiences designed to help people transform their lives and work to better fit their values and to build professional relationships across divides of class, race, profession and ideology His life as emergency medical technician, photographer, political consultant, author, father, farmer, facilitator combine unusual aspects of the very practical with the wildly visionary to produce work that has been helpful to a variety of sectors: conservation, leadership development, sustainability, philanthropy, ethics, and social ventures. Peter takes on specific assignments from mission-oriented groups and foundations. He also regularly facilitates programs through Center for Whole Communities as well as leads his own learning journeys for individuals. Peter lives on Knoll Farm in the Mad River Valley of Vermont.
